This is what a productive brainstorm session looks like. Notes, water, tea, adult beverages, and this chocolate/nut treat that I really must get the recipe for – and maybe I’ll actually find time to make it!
Today’s Self Care Stats:
- Rest day – no exercise
- Brief knee and ankle stretches to loosen stiff parts
- Yard work
- Delightful Ayurvedic facial
- Brainstorm session!
- Inspired reading
How I felt
Something has to be said for the generated energy of putting two business-minded, creative gals in a room and letting them loose to brainstorm ideas (oh and eat yummy – and healthy! – snacks). Trust me, it’s good for the spirit.
Take away point
If you’ve never experienced an Ayurvedic facial, I highly recommend it. It is lovely and I dare you to stay awake.
