Today’s Self Care Stats:
- Protein shake
- 1 mile walk with the pup in rain
- Knee exercises/stretches
- Ankle exercises
- Final preps for the marketing class I’m teaching tomorrow (actually “today” by the time you read this)
- Lovin’ on some baby chicks
- Inspirational reading
- Gratitude awareness
How I felt
I was a wee bit chilly this morning. Really just wanted to head back to the house and complete some very pressing tasks, but instead Sky and I walked on. We finished our mile and shook off the cold and wet when we returned.
Take away point
Just as our baby chicks are sprouting feathers, I’m finding wings of my own.
