How I felt
Amazing. I showed up early to hit some balls, it was smooth and relaxed. I sprinted without issue. By the way, not as fast as I use to be, but my knee held up and felt solid. Not quite ready for soccer yet, but I’m pumped.
Take away point
There is nothing like exerting your body and rediscovering bits of yourself that have been dormant.
