Not the greatest of days. But it’s totally self-inflicted. School vacations are hard for me. They mess with my schedule. I need quiet/work/down/alone time and when I don’t have any of that during the day, it ends up eating into my night. (Shhhh… It’s 2:23AM as I’m writing this. o__o)
Today’s Self Care Stats:
- Protein shake breakfast
- Watched a movie with the kiddos
- Mini watercolor/drawing session
- Inspiring reading
How I felt
I feeling kinda crappy about my lack of walk today. And I can feel the difference in my knees…. and in my eating habits.
