Ah, the tiki. All dusty from storage and ready for the light. Warmer weather is coming and we are waiting for the sunshine. And campfires.
Today’s Self Care Stats:
- Protein shake breakfast
- 1 mile walk with the pup
- Knee exercises/stretches
- Ankle exercises
- Did some watercolor studies
- Financial podcasts
- Got some fresh air and raked part of the yard (workout!)
- Played catch with some “oomph” to get the heart rate up
- Creative/ART! reading
- Early bedtime
How I felt
Good, full day. Happy.

Getting the heart rate up randomly throughout the day has the ability to make you feel fabulous.
