Lots of rain earlier in the day. We walked anyway. We got wet, but it felt good.

- Protein shake breakfast
- Walk in cold rain
- Knee exercises/stretches
- Ankle exercises
- Finished a business book
- Played a little with watercolors
- Threw a softball around a bit
- Second mini walk after dark
- Financial podcasts
- Little movie time with the husband
- Normal bedtime
How I felt
My knee has been off today. Could be a result of not doing knee exercises the last two days or the rain – I’m not sure. Either way, it’s enough to get me back on board. At this point, I can’t go longer than two days. Noted.
