Day 77 | 100 Days of Self Care

On my way home.

Lots of rain earlier in the day. We walked anyway. We got wet, but it felt good.

Today’s Self Care Stats:

Accomplished

  • Protein shake breakfast
  • Walk in cold rain
  • Knee exercises/stretches
  • Ankle exercises
  • Finished a business book
  • Played a little with watercolors
  • Threw a softball around a bit
  • Second mini walk after dark
  • Financial podcasts
  • Little movie time with the husband
  • Normal bedtime

How I felt

My knee has been off today. Could be a result of not doing knee exercises the last two days or the rain – I’m not sure. Either way, it’s enough to get me back on board. At this point, I can’t go longer than two days. Noted.
