Today’s Self Care Stats:
- Protein shake
- 1 mile walk in parade
- 1 mile walk with the pup later
- Knee stretches/exercises
- Ankle/foot exercises
- Sat by the river and cheered paddlers in from the River Rat Race
- Some local carnival time
- Some downtime
- Watched some super helpful art videos
- My son read to me as we wound the day down
- Normal bedtime
How I felt
I feel filled. I feel happy. I feel tired. And I feel like sleep will come easy for me tonight.
Take away point
Make a point to be outside all day every once in awhile. And I mean ALL day. Your breathing gets deeper and you fall into bed so wonderfully exhausted. It’ll make you crave more.
