Day 73 | 100 Days of Self Care

Settling into regular routines has had a powerful effect on my life. Things have become habit and – dare I say – easy. And then when I don’t do something, I miss it. Even crave it.

Today’s Self Care Stats:

Accomplished

  • Protein shake
  • 1 mile walk with the pup
  • Ankle/foot exercises
  • Mini watercolor study session
  • Worked on my plan for further art education
  • Financial podcast
  • Put some firm financial plans in place and got excited about the future
  • Reading that challenges the mind
  • Normal bedtime

How I felt

Despite the dreary, gray day, I am charged. I’m ready to take things on and get things moving.

Take away point

Having a plan on your direction is mighty helpful. But, there’s no way to *know* exactly where it will lead. Knowing you are on the right path and being energized to get things moving is where it’s at.
