Day 71 | 100 Days of Self Care

IMG_9701Oh, how delightful is all this watercolor play! I’ve truly been enjoying it.

Today’s Self Care Stats:

Accomplished

  • Protein shake
  • 1 mile walk with the pup
  • Body-weight exercises
  • Knee exercises/stretches
  • Ankle/foot exercises (been feeling tight)
  • Gratitude awareness
  • Mini watercolor study session
  • Financial podcast (I love this stuff)
  • Normal bedtime

How I felt

Today was an off day in the sense that I didn’t get to tackle the things I needed to, but it was still a great day.

Take away point

Do what you can, when you can.
