Day 64 | 100 Days of Self Care

IMG_9637Whoa. Today just rocked.

Today’s Self Care Stats:


  • Protein shake
  • 1 mile walk/run with pup – with NO sounds (music/podcasts or other) x2!
  • Knee stretches/exercises
  • Mini high intensity workout
  • Gratitude awareness
  • May have had a little dance/sing jam session in the kitchen
  • Nature time with the family in the woods
  • Guys, I DRANK water today
  • Little bit of reading
  • Slightly early to bed

How I felt

Highly energized. I generally carry a lot of energy but today was through the roof. To the point where I had to take two walks…. and forget that I wanted a coffee. I don’t expect every day to be this way, but if I’ve got it, I’ll take it. This self care journey has had a lot of peaks and valleys, but that’s just part of the process. We can’t go 150 MPH and 150% every day.

Take away point

Some days are more UP and others are low, neither is bad as long as your finding balance in the mix.
