Whoa. Today just rocked.
Today’s Self Care Stats:
- Protein shake
- 1 mile walk/run with pup – with NO sounds (music/podcasts or other) x2!
- Knee stretches/exercises
- Mini high intensity workout
- Gratitude awareness
- May have had a little dance/sing jam session in the kitchen
- Nature time with the family in the woods
- Guys, I DRANK water today
- Little bit of reading
- Slightly early to bed
How I felt
Highly energized. I generally carry a lot of energy but today was through the roof. To the point where I had to take two walks…. and forget that I wanted a coffee. I don’t expect every day to be this way, but if I’ve got it, I’ll take it. This self care journey has had a lot of peaks and valleys, but that’s just part of the process. We can’t go 150 MPH and 150% every day.
Take away point
Some days are more UP and others are low, neither is bad as long as your finding balance in the mix.
