- Mile walk with the pup
- Knee stretches/exercises
- Protein shake
- 2 full sun salutations
- Declined a job that didn’t feel right
- Wrapped up some loose ends after being off last week
- Gratitude awareness
- Managed to remember to get a healthy crockpot dinner in on time
- Early to bed
How I felt
It feels so good to get back on track. Turning down a job is not exactly my idea of a good thing, but in this case I think I saved myself a lot of stress. It wasn’t in line with my direction(s) and I truly feel the client would be better suited with someone else. This is hard for me though. I never say no.
Take away point
It’s amazing. Listen to your gut and act. A freeing feeling will follow.
