Believe it or not, I’m an introvert. I know it might not seem that way, when I’m out and about. But trust me, being social is a survival skill. I do enjoy it, sometimes I even crave it.
What makes me an introvert is I get my energy when I’m flying solo. Extroverts get their energy when they are surrounded by others. This basically means that after I’m done hanging with a crowd, I’m exhausted.
Today was different. Celebrating a special girl’s birthday, throwing a ball (or two) and hanging by a fire was just what I needed.
Today’s Self Care Stats:
- Cleared some clutter
- Got to hang out with some friends
