Today’s Self Care Stats:
- Started the day with a healthy (and yummy!) shake
- Knee stretches/exercises
- Walked a mile with the pup that involved some light running (nothing felt it was going to break kids!)
- Avoided listening to podcasts and music while walking – needed the mental down time
- Opted for a large water instead of an afternoon coffee
- Checked a few things off my list
How I felt
Feeling a little tired today, but I also accomplished a lot too. Feeling good about that.
