It feels good wrapping up some nagging business tasks. Still plenty on my list, but I’ve surrendered to the fact that it’ll always be that way. I’m just going to keep chipping away at it. 🙂

- Healthy breakfast
- Gratitude awareness
- 2 full sun salutations
- Finally(!) got budget forms and household management sheets printed and organized (seriously considering making my own line of these, thoughts?)
- Made a cool graphic to move some 100 day paintings
How I felt
I notice I’m very much in my mind lately. Lots of thought. Lots of planning. At some point, I’ll have no choice, but to get back in my body. It happens the same every time. Lots of thought and then suddenly I can’t help but to go for a run. It happened enough times to know it’s coming around again. That itch is coming.
Take away point
There is nothing more gratifying than checking off an item on a to-do list.
