Today’s Self Care Stats:
- Gratitude Awareness
- Ate a peppermint patty
- Worked on making our entryway more tolerable
- Sat to breathe for 3 minutes
- Knee stretches
How I felt
Definitely a hard day in the self care department. Too many tasks to do and people (kids!) to manage takes a toll on what I have energy for. Tried some small steps, so at least I did something.
Take away point
Some days are just not your day. And there’s always tomorrow.
